When serving as the Executive Director for CORENAMR, I led the implementation of four projects: (1) Mobilizing the public to participate in building the regulation of natural resource management in the buffer zone of Phong Dien Nature Reserve, Phong Dien District, TTH Province funded by The Asia Foundation; (2) Developing market of Dzeng textile products for ethnic minorities in TTH province funded by the World Bank; (3) Strengthening market access skills for agricultural extension workers in TTH province funded by the Ford Foundation-CEEVN; and (4) Seureca- Water Treatment Project invested by ADB in Thua Thien Hue, focusing on conducting the environmental and social safeguards assessment, including Socioeconomic Survey to (i) prepare profiles of affected populations (ii) assess incomes, identify productive activities, and plan for income restoration; and (iii) develop relocation options. In addition, lead the team to conduct Inventory of Loss/Census survey for the resettlement purposes.
